Returns

We accept returns only if the artwork arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

• the artwork,
• the packaging,
• the shipping label.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every artwork is an original handmade piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• change of mind,
• personal preference,
• incorrect size selection after purchase.

Please review all artwork details carefully before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
